Return Policy

We hope you love your items, but if it isn’t the right fit, we totally understand! That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free return policy to give you the flexibility to find something perfect, at your convenience.

Returns are eligible for online store credit (an e-gift card) only. The e-gift card can only be used on our website. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition — tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item:
    1.    If you would like to return an item, please email us at bloomwithgracebiz@gmail.com for approval.
    2.    Ship the product back to us at the cost of the customer. Please include your order confirmation email with the return. Ship to:

    3.    Once we receive the item(s), you will receive an email with an e-gift card for the dollar amount of the item(s) you are returning. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    4.    The e-gift card does not expire and can be used to place a new order at any time.

Bloom With Grace reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time without notice. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
